Caution:It is critical that the newel is attached securely in order for the staircase to comply with local building codes.
When cutting stainless steel you need a tool that will cut quickly, accurately and cleanly. For better results use a deep cut band saw and a 18 tooth bi-metal blade.
To achieve a burr-free and straight cut, the following steps have been taken to cut stainless rail:
Cut the tubing
Using a belt sander, sand the tube so its flat
Clean and sand using a 220-320 grit sand paper
Note:Consult your local building code for specific requirements.
Exterior Grade Railing AISI 316 exhibit better corrosion resistance than Type 304 (interior). It is also known as marine grade stainless steel due to its increased resistance to chloride corrosion compared to type 304.

We want you to be completely happy with your purchases. So we do everything we can to assure you get the exact merchandise you order, delivered on time. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we will be happy to accept returns within 30 days under the following guidelines.
Returned merchandise must be in unused condition and in its original packaging. There is a 20% re-stocking fee on all returned items and shipping charges are not refundable. All returns require a return authorization from us (RMA#). Before you return an item please call us or send us an email stating your reason for a return. Special order items are not returnable. All unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Items used in any way will not be accepted for return or exchange.
IMPORTANT:The buyer is responsible for shipping charges and insurance on any products returned for a refund.
